We leverage our large inventory of voice and data products, including utilizing the services of the local Telco companies, to deliver a turnkey solution and experience to our clients and their guests that seems every bit identical to a permanent installation. We are involved early in the process and handle every aspect of an event’s voice and data needs. Safari draws from every aspect of our company’s knowledge, relationships and staff talent to deliver something to the event that is quality driven, and a hands off solution to your staff. Our scope of services include:
- Early planning of all logistics
- Meet with Telco providers on your behalf for best pricing and services selection Design of all cabling implementation, fiber, copper, and any conduit or other specialized needs
- Supply and installation of all cabling
- Complete project management from start to finish
- Onsite staff during build out, the event and post event
- Our technicians are available 24/7 once the project begins
- Serve as the order processing point for all orders from any attendees, media, TV, Hospitality, and others.
- Work directly with other vendors to meet their specific needs, like POS for Merchandise, food services, security, access control, credentialing, scoring, video or any other method of communication that arises.
- Reconcile all billing from carriers, and then produce one final invoice for your entire event, itemized in great detail. We use our analysis expertise to be sure all credits are issued from the providers.
- Bill directly any guests, departments, Media , TV that you don’t provide complimentary service for. We are careful to be sure all construction costs are properly covered in these costs.
- Provide complete real time onsite support of all services - voice/data/wireless/Internet for all periods - pre/during/and post event. Complete disconnection and removal of services and cabling. We leave the facility in its original condition.
- In addition to all of these services - in most cases we reduce the overall cost of the voice and data budget. We have typically saved tens of thousands on carrier construction costs, and by ensuring that any services ordered are necessary, efficient, and scheduled properly.
What we deliver provides a superior end solution versus what would have been provided directly by the traditional carriers. In fact, in many instances, we are welcomed by the local carrier as a company that facilitates their process. They are often thankful that we are using their services and that they don’t have to go outside their comfort zone, say, by supplying service to the event in a customized manner. It is a fairly common occurrence that when the local carrier needs to provide service, it sources an outside vendor to assist. Safari has been hired by the national telcos for many events.
